CONTRACT

  1. Our firm will be the only photographers allowed to photograph show wins. Local news photographers will be allowed upon mutual agreement. Photographers for a club website will be allowed upon advanced notification and agreement if the following disclaimer is posted on the website:
    2. “These photos were not taken by the Photos by... Susan & Lennah, LLC photographer, thus poses and angle may vary from what owner will receive. The posted photos are not for sale. Photos by... Susan & Lennah, LLC will mail photos to owner’s address as listed in the catalog. Please contact Photos by... Susan & Lennah, LLC at info@phodog.biz for more information.”
  2. We will supply the club with one (1) free 8x10 color photograph of Best in Show, Group 1st Winners and High in Trial. Extra prints to the club will be available at reprint price. Prices are subject to change without notification.
  3. We will provide Best Junior Handler with a free 8x10 color photograph as a trophy donation.
  4. Requesting to have a photograph taken by the official show photographer constitutes a contract between the owner and/or exhibitor and the photographer. Anyone who does not desire a personal copy of the win photo is required to advise the photographer of this fact at the time the photo is taken. Otherwise, the owner and/or exhibitor will receive a copy of the photo and will be held financially responsible for it. All photos are returnable within 15 days of receipt. Any photo bill not settled within 60 days of receipt of the photo is considered delinquent.
  5. Billing and collection of monies from any show is the sole responsibility of the photographer and their agencies. The club is welcome to a list of unpaid accounts if they want, but is in no way held responsible for the collection of past due accounts. We do have a collection agency and use them to collect any account unpaid more than 90 days. The name of the collection agency can be supplied upon request.
  6. A premium list & judging schedule will be supplied by the club along with two show catalogs.
  7. One copy of this contract is to be signed by authorized club official and returned to Photos by... Susan & Lennah, LLC.
  8. A copy of your club logo can be e-mailed (clubs@phodog.biz) or mailed with your copy of the contract and it will be included in our signage.
  9. The premium list and catalog will list us as follows:

We will supply the club with one 8x10 color photograph of Best of Breed/Variety, Best of Opposite Sex (Breed/Variety), Best of Winners, Winners, Reserve Winners, Best in Sweeps (puppy/veteran), Best of Opposite Sex Sweeps (puppy/veteran), Best Puppy, Best Bred By, High in Trial, High Combined and one 5x7 of any JAMS, Selects, or AOM’s,. 3. Requesting to have a photograph taken by the official show photographer constitutes a contract between the owner and/or exhibitor and the photographer. 5. There is a fee of $125.00/day (payable by the end of the specialty). For any show sight outside of a 450-mile radius (one way) of our office there will be an additional $200.00 travel expense fee. Nationals see resume for additional information.

7. One copy of this contract is to be signed by authorized club official and returned to Photos by…Susan & Lennah, LLC.
